The Bark Cart Store Policy

📦 Orders & Subscriptions
- All subscription boxes are curated and prepared fresh each week.
- Orders must be placed by [cut-off day, e.g. Sunday 6PM] to be included in that week’s delivery.
- Subscription payments are processed monthly. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

 

🚴 Delivery
- We currently deliver to the following areas: (THIS WILL BE UPDATED)
  - Neston & Parkgate – Tuesdays  
  - Willaston – Wednesdays  
  - Heswall – Thursdays  
- If you are outside our delivery zones, please contact us before ordering.
- For one-off gift boxes, we offer local delivery or UK-wide shipping via Royal Mail or courier.

 

🛍️ Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns.
- If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged items or delivery problems), please contact us within 48 hours at [your email/contact info], and we’ll make it right.

 

🌿 Ingredients & Allergies
- All treats are made with natural, dog-safe ingredients.
- Please check the ingredient list before ordering. If your dog has specific allergies or sensitivities, let us know—we’re happy to suggest the best box for them.
- Bark & Cart is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

 

💳 Payments
- Subscription payments are processed monthly via Bank Transfer.
- One-off purchases (gift boxes or future shop items) are paid at checkout.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.

 

🔐 Privacy
- We collect only the necessary information to process your order and deliver it to your pup.
- Your data is never shared or sold.
